Nigel has an engineering background compleating an apprenticeship and spending four years travelling the world installing and maintaining complex high accuracy food processing machinery. Nigel's enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills led him naturally into a sales/account management role. Nigel has been in recruitment for over 10 years, joining Image 3 years ago when he recognised that the company shared his passion for providing a truly consultative approach to industry. Nigel explained, "I get real satisfaction when I see the recognition in clients eyes that they are truly getting a unique service from Image."

Nigel is a Governor at Frogmore Junior School, is Chairman of Darby Green Dynamos Youth Football Club and coaches one of their teams. He is married with three children and has never been to the gym in his life.
